Wheel adapter - suit 22 inch, 20 inch etc

Bolt on wheel adapter plates to suit smaller 20 inch wheels to prevent rocking back and forth in the rack. 
includes 2 U plates, 2 hi tensile 10mm bolts with nylock nuts and an extra rear wheel strap point. Due to the shorter wheelbase of 20 inch bikes you may be required to add a secondary mid bar to pickup rear wheel (hence included is the extra strap point.
